I upgraded my plan but why is my account still on a free plan

If your account still shows the free plan after upgrading, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Log out and log back in

Sometimes, the dashboard doesn’t update right after an upgrade. Logging out and logging back in usually refreshes your dashboard and reflects the updated plan.

Step 2: Switch your workspace

If you have (either knowingly or unknowingly) created an additional workspace, it's likely that your plan has been successfully upgraded, but you're currently in the additional workspace.

To switch back to the workspace with the paid plan:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select the original workspace
