Difference between Free, Premium and Priority support in Vmaker

Vmaker has 3 tiers of support based on your subscribed plan.

Free Support (Free & Starter Plans)

Users who are subscribed to Vmaker's Free & Starter plans are eligible for our Free Support Tier.

Premium Support (Pro Plan)

Users subscribed to our Pro Plan will receive Premium Support.

This means Pro Users will be given a higher priority than users in the Free & Starter plan over email and chat.

Priority Support (Enterprise Plan)

Our Enterprise users will receive support from the Priority Tier.

Their queries will have the highest priority and they will also receive a personal Customer Support Specialist.

Priority Support users will also have access to phone support.
