''Video stream has ended'' is an error that you might come across when you start to record a video on Vmaker Chrome plug-in

This is a minor issue that might crop up due to various reasons. Here are a few things that you can do as part of troubleshooting and fix

1. Quit and relaunch your Chrome browser (this will fix any temporary issues) or restart your device

2. Re-install the Vmaker Chrome plug-in

  • Right click on Vmaker chrome extension and select remove from Chrome

  • Quit and relaunch your Chrome browser

  • Click here to install Vmaker Chrome Plug-in

3. Update your Chrome browser. You can check your browser version here: chrome://settings/help

4. Clear your chrome cache - an age old technique that has worked every-time!

- Open Chrome and enter the following URL in a new tab: chrome://history/

- Select 'Clear Browsing Data'

5. Check your upload speed by clicking here

You need an upload speed of 5 mbps or above to use Vmaker.
