If you are using the Vmaker desktop application (Windows/Mac), there could be some situations where you might face the following issues

  1. Audio is not in sync with the video

  2. Video is choppy (inconsistent recording)

Such issues occur when there is insufficient storage space with the Ram during the recording process or the processor of your computer is unable to handle the load of the required activity. This could be because of multiple applications running at once during the recording.

To avoid such situations, please follow the below mentioned suggestions

  1. Keep only the required applications open before you start the recording. This can be done by checking the applications running in the background and quitting them if they are not required.

  2. Clear your RAM to free up memory

  3. Make sure your PC is upgraded to handle multiple applications at once.

If you continue facing any issues, please reach out to our support for further assistance.
