There could be a scenario where your microphone is enabled but still the microphone audio is not captured in your Vmaker video. This fix is to disable Audio Enhancements. Follow the below mentioned steps

  1. Search for Sound in your taskbar, => select Sound Settings, => select Sound Control Panel on the right menu.

From the Sound Control Panel box, under the Playback tab, right-click the default device โ€“ speakers/headphones and select Properties.

The ''Speakers Properties'' box will open, from here switch to the Enhancements tab, select the ''Disable all enhancements'' check box and click on OK.

Next set of steps to be followed

  1. Open your Realtek Settings by pasting path: c:\program files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\RtkNGUI64.exe into your finder.

  2. The below screen will display. Here, please ensure that ''Enable HP Noise Cancellation'' is NOT selected. Also, check for any other audio enhancement option which might be enabled

Once you've completed the above mentioned steps, please restart your device and launch Vmaker to start recording videos.

If you continue to face any issues, please reach out to our support for further assistance.
